As the market for mid-range wireless headphones is kept getting increasing in this the Boat rockerz600 is introduced as this headphone is the newer version of the previous headphone which was boat rockerz400.Boat rockerz600 comes in two variants “The Brown” & “The Black “there are almost just same in functions but the difference in them is the battery life as the “Brown” promises you to give the play time of 20hrs, on the other hand, the “The black” gives you the play time of only 8 hrs. For this reason, you will see a price difference between these two headphones. As the “The Brown “is priced at   Rs 3,990.00 and the “The Black” is of Rs 2,473.00.Out of box you will get a headphone , charging cable ,aux cable and a boat rockerz pouch to keep your headphones in it. 

I have done hands-on  on boat rockerz600”The Black”. As this headphone made some serious improvements over the predecessor, this headphone doesn’t feel cheap at all, the headband of headphone has a Faux Leather finish so this feel quite comfortable wearing it for the long durations didn’t hurt me at all, the ear cushion is of the square shape. As these headphones have the dual mode which means you can use them in two ways wireless or in wired, this seems an advantage over the other midrange wireless headphone. All the controls on the headphone are placed on the right side you will find the control buttons, micro USB port for charging, AUX port and a LED indicator. As the indicator light will blink in two colors blue and red when it is not connected to any device, when it gets connected to any of the device it will get stable to the blue light. There are basically three buttons on the headphone each button will do multiple tasks as the upper button on long pressing will turn the headphone on, while playing any song or movie it will pause it and when you want to pick a call you will press the same button, There are right and left buttons which will help you to change the music and for long press they will help to increase or decrease volume. 

                                                             

                                                                                     

 Moving on to the output, it offers great sound quality with the correct amount of bass, the output sound has perfect highs and lows every sound is pretty clear. Volume gets loudest so listening to music even in a crowded place won’t be a problem. The mic in the headphone is sensitive, so having the conversation on the crowded place caller won’t find the issue in listening. As one thing I have noticed that using the Aux cable will give you the better sound output.

The issue  I found on this headphone is that if I want to connect to any other device I need to disconnect from the connected device then only I can connect it to the other device another is whenever you use the buttons on the headphone you will hear a plastic button “clink” sound. But on this price point getting so many features with a great sound quality it won’t be an issue at all, it is definitely value for money.If you are looking for the headphone under 3k this one will be a great choice.
